A bold, high-impact design for a dominant super regional investment
Project Grace is a high-stakes investment memorandum, prominently featuring the Westfield Marion shopping centre. The document’s success hinges on clearly communicating the asset’s scale and market dominance, especially its trade area summary and potential for development. We addressed this by using a bold red-and-black corporate aesthetic, which immediately signals prestige and urgency. Strategic design choices, like sharp, angled chevron graphics, serve a dual purpose: they reinforce the dynamic nature of the investment and physically direct the reader’s eye to critical figures and data visualizations, ensuring rapid comprehension of complex financial and geographical information. This balance of project focus and strong visual language is key to attracting serious investors.
